I am constantly seeing people with great creativity; but they have been beaten down so much that they are not willing to try; wouldn't it be a worthwhile way to spend time and money to get these people to realize that they can be creative, and can produce beautiful products from their own ideas? I look into their eyes, and I see the fear that has been put there by being told again and again that they can't possibly do something creative and worthwhile.
